Quaker Rubber Site

 In Brownfield Sites

The Former Quaker Rubber Site, also commonly referred to as the Former Miller Trailer Park, is located in the town of Croydon located in Bristol Township, and consists of approximately 3.13 acres of land. The Authority worked with a site reuser to remediate the environmental conditions of the property for the proposed reuse for residential. Residential Statewide Health Standard Final Report Approval was issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection in February 2016. Ultimately, the site was acquired by Bristol Township for use as a passive recreation park.
