Riverbirch have begun building homes on the site, but it has not been easy as you will see by the pictures below. These are some of the adversities you can expect to find on the Brownfield Sites. Developing these sites is far different from working in a cornfield or orchard. This property has been in use over the centuries, because it is located along the Delaware River. As evidenced by these pictures, these massive foundations may be a portion of the structures installed to facilitate the Ship Building Process.

   The next pictures show new structures being developed on site. Foundations have been installed for several homes and framing in underway. It seems Riverbirch still plans to have homes ready for Christmas 2000.
